HireHawk Inc. is hiring a remote Personal Injury Case Manager assistant to support pre-litigation processes for U.S. cases. You will handle routine administrative follow-through under a Case Manager's direction and keep communications clear with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

The role emphasizes medical coordination, patient follow-ups, and meticulous record-keeping in a cloud-based CMS, with a focus on timely actions across a high-volume caseload.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on U.S. personal injury case management experience.
• Direct experience supporting California personal injury cases.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience using legal case management software to maintain case notes and tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Track daily priorities and support Case Managers with follow-ups in pre-litigation.
• Inform English- and Spanish-speaking clients about case updates and appointments.
• Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, and treatments under supervision.
• Follow up on attendance and flag treatment gaps to keep cases moving.
• Maintain complete case files with records and notes in the CMS.
• Assist with insurance follow-ups, coverage checks, and communications with adjusters.
• Document current task updates and handoffs in the system for continuity.
• Identify potential delays and escalate to the Case Manager as needed.
• Provide organized medical records and supporting materials to the demand team.
