Corvia Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager for a 100% remote, international role. You will manage a caseload from intake to resolution and serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating medical treatment and communicating with attorneys and insurers.

You will collaborate with U.S.-based firms, ensuring timely progress, accurate documentation, and strong client experiences in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualificações

• Must be located outside of the United States (international applicants only).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
• Personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as a Case Manager or similar legal support role preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal injury workflows, medical treatment coordination, and settlement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

• Maintain organized files in the case management system.
• Assist with settlement preparation and collect supporting documentation.
• Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Coordinate medical treatment, request medical records, and manage billing documentation.
• Work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently and support overall case strategy.
• Draft correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documents.
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and important case milestones.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files within the firm's case management system.
• Assist with settlement preparation, including collecting supporting documentation and resolving outstanding balances.
• Provide additional administrative and case management support as needed.

Qualifications
