Job summary

Job Duck is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to guide clients through legal processes, coordinate medical records, insurance details, and provider billing. You will be a trusted contact, ensuring cases move forward efficiently.

This remote role requires English and Spanish fluency, outstanding organization, and proactive client service. You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and providers, maintaining confidential files and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in personal injury case management or legal support.
• Experience coordinating medical records and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of follow-ups and manage case tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and team members to move cases forward.
• Escalate urgent concerns, delays, and documentation issues to the legal team.
• Provide timely case progress updates, including documentation, coverage, and balances.
• Assist with post-intake file development by gathering required case information.
• Coordinate billing matters with medical providers for accurate processing.
• Track medical record requests and maintain accurate case files.
• Follow up on outstanding medical records, bills and incomplete documentation.
• Request medical records and related documentation from providers and facilities.
• Handle approximately 30 mixed inbound and outbound calls per day with clients and providers.
• Maintain confidential electronic case files and adapt to evolving procedures.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients and external parties.
