Job summary

Last Stop Moving is seeking a Move Coordinator to operate remotely for our Canada-based moving services. You will handle calls, texts, and sales to North American clients, ensuring moves are booked and customer needs are met. The role requires advanced English (C1) and a proactive, opportunistic approach to growing revenue.

Work Monday to Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM MT, with some Saturdays on rotation. This is a full-time independent contractor role, paid monthly in CAD, with two-tier bonus

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a phone and text role selling or booking for North American customers.
• Able to upsell and book without scripts.
• Excellent written English and warm, human tone.

Responsibilities

• Call every customer 7 days and 2 days before their move to confirm details and offer services.
• Call the day after the move to gather feedback, request Google reviews, and handle issues.
• Text homeowners and real estate agents to win new moves and convert replies into booked estimates.
• Book estimates for the sales team from calls, texts and web leads and rebook missed estimates.
• Assist in managing operations by logging activities and supporting the Office Manager.
• Track and report calls, texts, replies, booked estimates, and add-on revenue daily.
• Test new ideas and implement profitable playbooks.
