Last Stop Moving is seeking a Move Coordinator for remote work from Colombia to support our Canadian operations. You will manage calls, texts and sales to booked moves, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with the Office Manager to close jobs.

You’ll text home sellers and real estate agents to win new moves, and you’ll log activities in our system. We value opportunistic thinkers who can spot money-making ideas, push for better offers, and bring a practical playbook.

Formación

• 1+ year in phone/text role selling or booking for NA customers.
• Able to upsell without being pushy.
• Warm, confident English for NA customers.
• Organized and trackable with numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Call customers to confirm moves and upsell services.
• Follow up after moves to request reviews and referrals.
• Run texting playbooks to convert listings into booked estimates.
• Book estimates and follow up on missed ones.
• Assist in manager-on-duty and office coverage.
• Log activities and revenue data daily.
• Test new ideas and partnerships.
