SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking an Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep to work remotely from Colombia or South Africa. The role involves making 80-120 outbound calls to business decision-makers daily and setting appointments for the sales team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of outbound calling experience, a strong track record in booking appointments, and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. Weekly training sessions are provided, and the position includes a fixed monthly pay plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B).
• Proven track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month.
• High-speed internet and a noise-free remote workspace.

Responsabilités

• Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers.
• Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team.
• Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM.
