Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with B2B outreach, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings for a sales team.
• Proficiency with communication tools for email outreach

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
