Job summary

UnifyCX is seeking an Appointment Setter in Barranquilla to generate and qualify new business opportunities. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, determine if prospects have a service, and qualify needs before scheduling a follow-up with a sales rep.

The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and process-driven, with 2–3 years in outbound calling, CRM experience, and a remote-working capability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outbound calling experience in a business environment.
• 2–3 years of CRM experience and ability to describe activity organization.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Experience with remote/virtual work and digital collaboration tools.
• Comfort with feedback, coaching, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Assess whether prospects have a service; disqualify if not relevant.
• Ask qualification questions (frequency, needs) and record results in CRM.
• Schedule follow-up calls with a sales representative for qualified leads.
• Maintain disciplined, measurable activity and continuous improvement.
