This role handles high-volume calling, about 90+ outbound calls per day, is fully remote from Bogotá, and offers a pay structure with an hourly base plus walkthrough bonuses, plus growth opportunities within a expanding sales team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outbound experience, with cold calling, appointment setting, or telesales.
• Fluent English with natural, easy conversation.
• Strong phone presence with quick rapport building.
• Resilience to rejection and hang-ups.
• Coachable and team-minded; willing to learn and win as a team.
• Seeking long-term growth with the company.
• Own equipment: laptop, headset, quiet workspace, reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses across Florida markets and book free walkthroughs with operations supervisors.
• Engage decision-makers with genuine conversations, not scripts.
• Maintain high-volume calling pace; expect 90+ outbound calls per day.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and ops team to ensure smooth handoffs.
