This role focuses on after-hours coverage, requiring strong organization, independent work, and secure handling of sensitive information while coordinating with attorneys and the daytime intake team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Legal Intake Specialist or Intake Specialist.
• Experience in a law firm environment.
• Client service mindset.
• Reliable after-hours availability.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong follow-up and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into scheduled consultations.
• Enter and update lead and client information in the CRM or case management system.
• Process payments over the phone securely.
• Assist current clients with updates, scheduling, and routing needs.
• Following up with warm leads and callbacks.
• Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information.
• Scheduling consultations with attorneys.
• Answering inbound calls during after-hours coverage.
• Prepare end-of-day reports detailing activity and outcomes.
• Coordinate lead handoff and updates to the daytime intake team.
