Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is seeking an Overnight Intake Specialist to support US-based clients outside standard business hours. You will guide leads through the intake process, collect critical case information, and assist with case management during slower periods.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and capable of working independently with strong attention to detail. Remote role requires English communication and Spanish-speaking capabilities, with a schedule 7:00 PM–3:00 AM EST Mon–Thu

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales or phone-based selling experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new web and chat leads immediately, initiate calls during permitted hours, or communicate by text/email.
• Close each shift with a detailed handoff summary to support reconciliation.
• Process electronic signatures and documents received overnight.
• Perform batch data entry updates and lead record corrections during quiet hours.
• Build and prioritize the morning callback queue with case-ready notes for follow-ups.
• Monitor after-hours lead captures, verify record creation, enrich lead information, identify matters needing attorney review.
• Manage Spanish-speaking after-hours callers from initial contact through resolution.

Role Overview

Join Job Duck as an Overnight Intake Specialist and become a vital part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional support to potential clients outside of traditional business hours. In this role, you will guide individuals through the intake process, ensure critical case information is collected accurately, and help maintain the smooth flow of operations overnight. During slower periods, you will assist with case management tasks, medical records requests, and documentation review, making a direct impact on case progression and client service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Responding to new web and chat leads immediately, initiating calls during permitted calling hours or communicating by text and email when necessary, while ensuring first response targets are met
• Closing each shift with a detailed handoff summary to support the office's reconciliation process
• Processing electronic signatures and documents received overnight
• Working the queue during quiet hours by completing batch data entry updates and lead record corrections assigned by the team
• Building and prioritizing the morning callback queue with case-ready notes to facilitate efficient follow-up activities
• Monitoring after-hours assistant lead captures, verifying accurate record creation, enriching lead information, and identifying matters requiring attorney review
• Managing Spanish-speaking after-hours callers from initial contact through resolution, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience end-to-end

• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a position requiring limited supervision
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
