Toptal, a global network of top talent, is hiring an Account Executive to target and close net-new accounts and re-engage dormant ones. You will research potential customers, engage them strategically, align Toptal’s value with their needs, and own a full sales cycle from outreach to close.

This is a remote position. Please note that resumes and communications must be in English, visa sponsorship is not offered, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build client relationships

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of closing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and own accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, educate, qualify, and close leads and opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
• Manage the sales funnel and coordinate with stakeholders to nurture leads.
• Support evolution of demand generation strategies as you grow.
