Confidential Jobs is seeking a remote LATAM-based sourcer to own the candidate side of searches for US market roles. You will source, engage, and pre-screen candidates, building strong pipelines for live openings while using AI sourcing tools and a modern CRM.

Strong English and remote-work discipline are essential. You'll work a true 180 role with no client outreach, focusing on candidate experience and quality, across North American tech and corporate sectors.

Qualifications

• Sourcing experience in agency or in-house roles.
• Professional English (C1 or above) for headhunting and screening.
• Strong search skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
• Tech-savvy with recruitment tools and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage candidates for live roles across North America.
• Headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates and write summaries for consultants.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline stages.
• Track salary expectations and market movements.
• Maintain warm candidate relationships through process.
• Use AI sourcing tools to accelerate searches.
