Job summary

Infobip is seeking a Regional Partnerships Enablement Specialist in Bogotá to interface with product teams and partners across the region. You will translate product developments into compelling business use cases, drive mutual growth, and build scalable strategies for long-term partner success.

You will lead enablement sessions, ensure partners can position Infobip’s evolving platform, and identify high-impact use cases aligned with partner objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategic partners, channel ecosystems, or enablement functions.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business use cases.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for business audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison for partners on product innovations and solution development.
• Lead partner briefings and enablement sessions on business value of new features.
• Equip partners to position and deliver value on Infobip’s platform.
• Identify and co-create use cases aligned with partner goals.
• Document success stories to drive broader partner adoption.
• Bridge global innovations with regional partners and share project updates.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams on roadmaps.
• Translate updates into partner-relevant business insights.
• Lead outreach to introduce new products to strategic partners.
• Identify early co-innovation opportunities aligned with roadmap priorities.
