The Regional Partnerships Enablement Specialist drives enablement, certification and deepening engagement with strategic partners in Regions, acting as the primary interface between product teams and partner ecosystem, translating product developments into compelling partner use cases and scalable joint strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Partner Engagement & Enablement
• Serve as the strategic liaison for key partners on product innovation and solution development
• Conduct regular partner briefings and enablement sessions on new products, features, and capabilities
• Ensure partners are equipped to position and deliver value to their customers using our evolving platform
• Use Case Development & Sharing
• Identify and co-create high-impact use cases that align with partner business objectives
• Align partners with Infobip product portfolio and map high impact partners
• Document and share successful use cases and success stories to inspire broader partner adoption
• Actively promote successful cases of innovative partner solutions within the ecosystem
• Bridge the innovation gap between global partners and partners in Region
• Share and inform on successful projects, use cases and integrations
• Proactive Product Communication
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, PSE and Partner teams to ensure timely, clear communication of product roadmaps and new releases
• Translate technical updates into partner-relevant narratives and actionable insights
• Strategic Outreach
• Initiate and lead outreach campaigns to introduce new products or capabilities to strategic partners
• Foster early-stage co-innovation opportunities with select partners aligned to roadmap priorities
