Job summary

Infobip ltd. is seeking a Regional Partnerships Enablement Specialist to act as the primary interface between product teams and our partner ecosystem in the region.

You will enable strategic partners, translate product developments into compelling business use cases, and drive mutual growth opportunities. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure adoption of Infobip's evolving platform, lead enablement sessions, and identify high-impact co-innovation

Qualifications

• Experience working with strategic partners, channel ecosystems, or enablement functions.
• Strong ability to translate product capabilities into business-relevant use cases.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, able to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams.
• Strong relationship-building with a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Comfortable leading outreach initiatives and driving engagement at scale.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic liaison for key partners on product innovation and solution development.
• Lead regular partner briefings and enablement sessions focused on the business value of new products and features.
• Ensure partners are equipped to position and deliver value using Infobip's evolving platform.
• Identify and co-create high-impact use cases aligned with partner business objectives.
• Document and share successful use cases and partner success stories to drive broader adoption.
• Bridge the gap between global innovation and regional partners by sharing relevant projects and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner Solution Engineering, and Partner teams to ensure clear communication of roadmaps and new releases.
• Translate technical updates into partner-relevant narratives and actionable business insights.
• Lead outreach initiatives to introduce new products and capabilities to strategic partners.
• Identify early-stage co-innovation opportunities aligned with roadmap priorities.
