Auxis is seeking an Associate Product Success Partner in Bogotá, Colombia. You will support adoption, enablement, and feedback collection for assigned products while learning core product success practices.

Strong communication and analytic skills are valued. You will help create value messaging, training content, and success artifacts, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Change teams to drive user engagement and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written at ≥B2+ level)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in enablement, change, operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting product enablement, training, or communications in a professional services or enterprise environment
• Exposure to product adoption metrics, user feedback collection, or success tracking
• Experience collaborating with Product, Operations, Marketing, or Change teams

Responsabilidades

• Support creation and maintenance of product enablement materials, including value messaging, training guides, FAQs, and onboarding content
• Support the articulation of product value by documenting product benefits, user outcomes, and success examples
• Assist with rollout of new features or products, including communications and first-line training for users
• Collect, document, and synthesize user feedback, adoption signals, and usage data to inform improvement
• Maintain and update adoption trackers, documentation, and success stories or case examples
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Operations, Marketing, and Change teams to support adoption and resolve user issues
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and feedback sessions to learn and contribute to best practices in product success
