Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan WMS solutions. You will guide epics and user stories for development and ensure robust integration with ERP and TMS systems.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of Manhattan Scale/Active, WMS configuration, and end-to-end testing within an enterprise IT landscape.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
