Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, manage integrations with ERP/TMS, run end-to-end tests, and serve as a subject matter expert on WMS configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).
• Strong SQL querying and system integration know-how.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
