Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

Own backlog, lead integrations with ERP/TMS, and drive end-to-end flow testing to validate edge cases before UAT, while serving as the core SME for WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or supply chain or equivalent experience.
CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms.

Responsibilities

Own backlog and requirements, translate needs into epics, stories and specs for dev teams.
Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS via APIs/EDI.
Design and execute end-to-end tests to validate complex supply chain edge cases.
Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
