Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and development teams to transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

In this role, you will own the backlog, drive API integrations (REST/SOAP, ERP, TMS), design end-to-end tests, and serve as the SME for WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements for WMS projects and translate them into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
