Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, elicit needs, and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.

Lead technical integration and API mapping between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, design end-to-end flow tests, and serve as the expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience and 6-8 years on Manhattan platforms.
• Strong SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces with ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
