Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. In this role, you will own backlog, elicit needs, and translate them into epics and user stories for development teams.

You will lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, design end-to-end tests, and serve as the go-to SME for Manhattan Scale and Active WMS configurations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain Management; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
