Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and development teams. You will transform logistics requirements into scalable Manhattan-based solutions and shape our enterprise software footprint.

Join a team focused on optimizing supply chain execution with Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities, architectures, and configurations, serving 225k+ customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration and system integration knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS via APIs, EDI.
• Design end-to-end flow tests and validate complex supply chain edge cases.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
