Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in a full-time role. You will bridge warehouse operations and tech teams, transforming complex logistics into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

With 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6–8 years in Manhattan, you will configure WMS modules, perform integrations, and drive end-to-end testing while collaborating with ERP/TMS teams and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO/Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: SME for Manhattan Scale / Manhattan Active capabilities.
