Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT, turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions. You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Active WMS capabilities to shape our enterprise software footprint.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years working on Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and integration skills, and a CSPO or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
