Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development. You will translate complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, shaping our enterprise software footprint.
You will own the backlog, drive API integrations with ERP and TMS, and ensure robust end-to-end testing before UAT, becoming the subject matter expert on WMS configurations and architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6–8 years in Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery.
- Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing including complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
