Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations (REST/SOAP, EDI), and lead end-to-end testing while collaborating with stakeholders and delivering robust enterprise software improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain management.
• 6–8 years of experience on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integrations.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & requirements for WMS solutions.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems via REST/SOAP APIs and EDI.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for supply chain scenarios.
• Provide expert guidance on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
