Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, and drive technical integration with ERP and TMS.

You will provide deep system expertise on Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations, perform end-to-end testing, and work with stakeholders in a fast-paced IT environment in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Supply Chain.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.

Responsabilités

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead technical integration; map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP and TMS.
• Drive end-to-end flow testing and validate edge cases prior to UAT.
• Provide system expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
