Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements, translate operational needs into epics and user stories for development, and lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, strong SQL and integration standards, and a CS/IT degree (CSPO or Manhattan

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, integration standards and Agile delivery.
• Experience executing end-to-end flow testing and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or Supply Chain; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics and user stories.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end testing for supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active configurations and architecture.
