Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.
In this role you will bridge warehouse operations and development teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, and leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS to optimize supply chain execution.
You will own backlog, evaluate APIs and interfaces, and drive end-to-end testing to ensure robust implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT/SCM.
- Experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
- Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and system integration standards.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, stories, and specs.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle tests for complex scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities.
