Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and user stories, and coordinate technical integration across ERP and TMS.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT, hands-on experience with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active, strong SQL and Agile delivery skills, and a CS/IT-related degree (CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own backlog & requirements: elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead technical integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive flow testing: design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide system expertise: serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
