Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing web analytics and digital optimization.
• Experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target.
• Experience with tag management systems and data collection.
• Ability to configure and analyze data in CJA or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital data layers and event tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and QA/data validation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own the enterprise web tagging architecture using Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile.
• Configure data connections and Data Views in CJA for cross-channel reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of tag management architecture and campaigns.
