AgileEngine, LLC. is hiring in Bogota for a senior web analytics engineer to lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of experiments using Adobe Target. You will own the web tagging architecture and configure data layers for accurate tracking across web and mobile platforms.

Work with marketing and UX to validate experimentation strategies, while maintaining thorough documentation of tag management and analytics implementations. A strong focus on QA and data validation is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
• Solid experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• Understanding of digital data layers (W3C) and event tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous QA and data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture using Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile.
• Configure data connections and Data Views within CJA for cross-channel reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active campaigns.
