AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own and accelerate web analytics implementation and optimization across web and mobile platforms. You will lead the design, QA, and deployment of A/B tests with Adobe Target and manage tagging using Adobe Launch, while ensuring data quality through robust data layer configurations.

• 3+ years of hands-on web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
• Solid experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• Understanding of digital data layers (W3C) and event tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and meticulous QA and data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to assess the feasibility of proposed experimentation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.

• - Work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed experimentation strategies.
• - Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.

MUST HAVES

• - 3+ years of hands‑on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• - Hands‑on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
• - Solid, hands‑on experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• - Working experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or traditional Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• - Solid understanding of digital data layers (W3C standards, event-driven data layers) and event tracking.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to QA and data validation.

NICE TO HAVES

• - Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) tracking and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• - Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T).
• - Understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, or Edge Network implementations.
• - Experience with Server-Side tagging or edge computing setups.
