AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Web Analytics Engineer to lead and optimize digital analytics programs. You will own tag management, data layer implementation, and cross-channel analytics using Adobe Target, Launch, and CJA.

You will collaborate with marketing and UX to validate experiment feasibility and ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile. The role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Target, Launch, and Omniture, plus strong QA/data validation skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC, Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts).
• Solid, hands-on experience with Launch (Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection).
• Experience configuring data within CJA or Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• Strong understanding of digital data layers (W3C) and event tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous QA/data validation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, QA, and deployment of A/B/n tests and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
• Own and manage the enterprise web tagging architecture with Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
• Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions for accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile.
• Configure Data Views in Customer Journey Analytics to enable cross-channel reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and UX to assess feasibility of experimentation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and Target campaigns.
