Electronic Arts (EA) Bogotá is seeking a People Partnerships Lead to support people processes across our teams in Mexico and Colombia. This onsite role reports to the Senior Manager of People Practices in Canada and works closely with site leadership to foster an inclusive and compliant work environment.

The role emphasizes project management, change management, compensation and talent planning, and leveraging HR data to drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in HR or project coordination, in an international setting.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Project management and HR systems experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and track projects, ensuring delivery and partner management.
• Support change management and adoption of new people initiatives including compensation planning, performance management and talent planning.
• Support implementation and administration of locally compliant people processes.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an inclusive, engaging culture.
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
