Electronic Arts Bogotá is seeking a proactive Workplace Experience Specialist to support daily operations and employee experience initiatives at our Bogota studios. You will collaborate with Workplace Experience, IT, Security, People Experience, leadership, and property management to maintain a safe, engaging office environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating services with vendors, managing operational records, and driving programs that enhance employee engagement and workplace

Formación

• 3+ years in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related environments.
• Experience managing vendors and supporting workplace projects.
• Experience planning and executing events from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-service mindset with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in creative, entertainment, gaming, or tech environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily workplace operations across multiple office locations, ensuring spaces are kept to a high standard and issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate services and vendors including janitorial, maintenance, food service, repairs, furniture, and office amenities.
• Monitor vendor performance, assist with invoices and budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Drive employee experience initiatives including onsite events, hospitality, and engagement programs.
• Assist with workplace projects such as moves, seating updates, reconfigurations, and office refreshes.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, PE, Real Estate, and external vendors on initiatives.
• Maintain workplace procedures, records, occupancy data, floorplans, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Global Health Office standards and support emergency readiness.
• Identify ways to improve processes and consistency in the workplace.
