Job summary

CAE is seeking a seasoned regional HR professional to partner with business leaders across Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, delivering guidance, employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR operations.

You will lead regional HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws and safety, and drive talent management initiatives while collaborating with global stakeholders to improve engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, payroll administration, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with managers and employees at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to HR support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional and global environment.
• Fluent Spanish language proficiency and Advanced English language proficiency.
• Ability to travel up to 15% and participate in onsite visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and employees to provide HR guidance and promote consistent policy application.
• Lead regional HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee records, and compliance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and health & safety requirements across countries.
• Support talent management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives through recognition programs, wellness activities, and regional projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support HR programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
