Job summary

Electronic Arts, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a People Partnerships Lead to drive cross‑functional HR initiatives across our Latin America regions. You will partner with site leadership and COEs to implement compliant people processes and foster an inclusive culture that aligns with EA's Purpose & Beliefs.

You will manage projects, influence compensation planning and talent development, and analyze HR data to inform decisions, while ensuring a values‑driven work environment in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience in HR or project coordination in an international setting.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Project management and HR systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track projects, ensuring delivery and partner management.
• Support change management and adoption of new people initiatives including compensation planning, performance management and talent planning.
• Support implementation and administration of locally compliant people processes.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to foster an inclusive, engaging culture.
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
