Docplanner is seeking a People Experience Manager to lead HR in Colombia, based in Bogotá. You will shape how we support people and leaders, combining HR expertise with a hands-on approach to build processes, coach leaders, and develop teams as we scale.

You will drive hiring, standardize policies, partner with leaders, and enhance the employee experience while managing labor relations and growth challenges.

Formación

• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
• Track record of building and improving HR processes and supporting growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Drive hiring plans and country headcount with proactivity and quality.
• Build and standardize HR policies and processes aligned with PX framework.
• Partner with Colombia leadership to coach leaders and advise on people topics.
• Improve employee experience and address turnover challenges.
• Support organizational growth and team effectiveness.
• Navigate labor relations with Legal and external partners.
• Build and grow a high-performing local PX team.
