Docplanner Group in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a People Experience Manager to lead HR initiatives as the business grows. You will combine HR expertise with hands-on execution, shaping processes, coaching leaders, developing teams, and addressing people challenges across the Colombia market.

You will work with the Colombia leadership team to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and development while ensuring alignment with global PX standards and local needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role in fast-growing environments.
• Track record of building and improving HR processes, tackling recruitment and retention challenges, and supporting teams through growth and change.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented; enjoy rolling up sleeves and getting things done.

Job Description

As we’ve grown from a startup into a global company, our teams and challenges have grown with us. We’re now looking for a People Experience Manager to join our team in Colombia.

This is a newly created role, so you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how we support our people and leaders as the Colombia business continues to grow. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong HR expertise with a hands‑on approach, someone who enjoys building processes, coaching leaders, developing teams, and tackling people challenges along the way.

How will you make an impact?

• Drive our hiring plans: Make sure we execute the country Headcount Plan proactively and on time, balancing speed, quality, and a great candidate experience.

• Build strong people foundations: Implement and standardize HR policies and processes that support our growth strategy and are aligned with our global PX framework, including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development.

• Partner with leaders: Work closely with the Colombia leadership team, coaching them and providing practical, expert advice on people-related topics.

• Improve the employee experience: Develop initiatives across the employee lifecycle that help us retain and engage our people and address key turnover challenges.

• Support organizational growth: Act as a strategic partner on organizational development, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.

• Navigate employee relations: Manage labor‑related matters together with our Legal team and external partners, ensuring we stay compliant while finding practical solutions.

• Build the local PX team: Develop and grow a high‑performing People Experience team that can scale alongside the business.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

• You bring 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role, ideally in a fast‑growing or scaling environment.

• You have a track record of building and improving HR processes, tackling recruitment and retention challenges, and supporting teams through periods of growth and change.

• You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• You’re hands‑on, proactive, and results‑oriented, and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.

The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

• Business Case – A take‑home exercise incl. a few days' preparation time, designed to understand how you approach real‑life problems. You’ll then walk us through your approach in a collaborative discussion with Rafael and Rodrigo Adanya, Global dCPO to discuss your thoughts and findings.
