Docplanner Group in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a People Experience Manager to lead HR initiatives as the business grows. You will combine HR expertise with hands-on execution, shaping processes, coaching leaders, developing teams, and addressing people challenges across the Colombia market.

You will work with the Colombia leadership team to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and development while ensuring alignment with global PX standards and local needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 6+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role in fast-growing environments.
• Track record of building and improving HR processes, tackling recruitment and retention challenges, and supporting teams through growth and change.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented; enjoy rolling up sleeves and getting things done.

Responsabilidades

• Drive our hiring plans by ensuring the country Headcount Plan is executed proactively and on time.
• Build strong people foundations by standardizing HR policies and processes aligned with our PX framework.
• Partner with Colombia leaders, coaching them and providing practical HR advice.
• Improve the employee experience by developing lifecycle initiatives to retain and engage our people.
• Support organizational growth as a strategic partner on development and engagement.
• Navigate employee relations by coordinating with Legal and external partners to stay compliant.
• Build and scale the local PX team to meet business needs.
