Instaleap in Bogotá is seeking a strategic HR partner for key business units, aligning the people agenda with organizational goals. You will lead cross-functional special projects with company-wide impact, acting as a true agent of change and partnering with senior leaders.

You will serve as the primary HR point of contact, advise on organizational design and change management, diagnose business needs, and translate them into concrete HR solutions.

Formación

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources with increasing responsibility.
• At least 2 years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role with exposure to senior leaders.
• Proven experience in performance management, organizational development, and change management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with people data and HR metrics.
• Proven ability to influence, communicate, and manage stakeholders at the executive level.
• Autonomy, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units and participate in leadership meetings.
• Advise leaders on organizational design decisions, change management, and team development.
• Diagnose business needs and translate them into HR solutions.
• Manage performance review cycles: goal setting, calibrations, and improvement plans.
• Develop people analytics metrics and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Analyze engagement survey results and co-create action plans with leaders.
