Job summary

Infoquest is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our new Bogotá office. You will lead recruitment initiatives while supporting onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and Learning & Development projects.

You'll work closely with leadership to attract exceptional talent, improve internal processes, and foster a positive culture as we expand in Colombia. If you enjoy building teams and scalable HR processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Build relationships with universities and participate in career fairs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Draft employment-related documents and coordinate payroll.
• Support HR policies and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews and learning initiatives.
