Plata Card in Colombia is seeking a Relocation & Employee Experience Specialist to join our People Partnership Team. You will guide employees and families through relocation, onboarding, and cultural integration, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience in our Colombian hub.

You’ll coordinate documentation, visas, travel, and community-building activities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve relocation and employee experience.

Formación

• Experience in HR, relocation, or people operations.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and service mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple requests across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Support employees during relocation including docs, visas, travel.
• Plan onboarding and welcome sessions for newcomers in Colombia.
• Coordinate relocation, travel, and arrival experiences.
• Maintain relocation guides and checklists.
• Organize community activities to connect international and local staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve requests.
