Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of experience working in a global tech environment, strong interpersonal skills, and fluency in English. This position requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience as an HRBP in a global tech company.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Hands-on experience through the full employee lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to implement HR programs aligned with business strategy.
• Provide HR guidance and consultation to managers.
• Lead performance management, talent advisory, and recruitment planning.
• Resolve employee relations issues effectively.
• Manage complex HR projects and liaison with Talent Acquisition.
