Sutherland Global in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Lead Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include handling complex payroll cycles, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and resolving escalations (Tier 2/3). The role requires 5–7 years in payroll, hands-on experience with ADP or SAP Payroll, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or Accounting.

Formación

• 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Strong mastery of payroll calculations, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Hands‑on with ADP or SAP Payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of Colombian payroll regulations and tax rules.
• Experience leading payroll analysts or teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, or Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end payroll execution for the assigned population.
• Ensure outputs are accurate; handle off-cycle payrolls and adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with Colombian payroll laws and audits.
• Handle complex escalations and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Coordinate data, system integrations, and process improvements.
