Genius Sports in Medellín, Colombia, seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage Colombia payroll end-to-end within a hybrid setup (1–2 days in the office). You will ensure 100% monthly accuracy and collaborate with the People Operations and Finance teams.

Responsibilities include processing payroll and benefits, data integrity with Workday, and supporting payroll governance and year-end procedures. Prior experience with global payroll and regulatory compliance is required.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and optimisation.
• Experience with external payroll providers/Employer of Records.
• Experience operating in a global business environment.
• Experience with regulated frameworks (ISO, Internal Audit, SOX).
• CIPP qualification and membership desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of payroll within Colombia.
• Review processed payroll for corrections.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and reporting requirements.
• Handle holidays, absences, PILON and sick pay calculations.
• Oversee tax-related payroll returns.
• Participate in system improvements.
• Collaborate with tax team on year-end procedures.
• Maintain internal controls and audit compliance.
• Manage pension, health care and other payroll enrolments.
• Ensure Workday integration and data accuracy in payroll.
