Kaplan in Bogotá is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to lead and transform payroll operations across multiple countries. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance, and drive improvements with HiBob and ADP Celergo integrations.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate payroll data, support audits, and oversee a small payroll team within Global HR Services. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience across multiple countries and payroll frequencies.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
• Experience leading payroll transformation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly, semi-monthly and other local payroll cycles.
• Manage payroll activities including hires, terminations, and changes, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll changes uploaded in Celergo before cut-off deadlines.
• Review payroll reconciliations and reports to ensure funding and payments accuracy.
• Support payroll funding, reporting and reconciliation with Finance.
